   Christmas Dance December 15, 2018 -

We had a great Christmas Dance this year on Saturday December 15 with 50 active dancers.  The Live Music with Fred Moyes was very enjoyable and  raffle was a success with lots of great gifts .

Burns Supper and Dance January 19

We again hosted our Burns Supper and Dance.  This was a great event celebrating one of the greatest poets of all time and having a Scottish meal that included Haggis.  It was held on Saturday January 19 in St Jacobs.

We piped in and addressed the Haggis, Toasted the Lassies (and Laddies this year).  The Immortal Memory by Lynn Boland Richardson was inspiring as it made us aware of how Burns was instrumental in the retention of the traditional Scottish songs and poetry.

Live music by Fred Moyes made the dancing portion of the evening a memorable event
